Want to know what made my little girl so happy on a Saturday morning? Nope, not the fancy flower girl dress, although she loves that too. Not permission to wait to comb her hair until after breakfast. It is her socks.
I had declared them too small, but she convinced me to allow her to wear them one more time.
These were given to my older kids when they were tiny, and instantly became a hit. Every last one of them adored these special socks. I mean really, what kid doesn’t want to have their socks remind Momma to read them a story.
Read to Me socks, we will miss you.

Now, little girls feet are so cute. I just love how adorable your little princess is here. Great capture!
I agree – I love tiny feet! We have B&W photos of each child’s tiny baby hands and feet in our dining room. They are my favorite pictures.
Those are adorable socks and your daughters expression is so precious I can almost hear her say pleeeeeeeeease!
Love your girlies tiny feet AND the socks ; )
How adorable is she!
HA, did you know that trying to get Tori to get rid of just about ANYTHING is like that? Esp if it is a favorite piece of clothing. They are not too small until they can’t get on her feet.
I believe it! We had to push and shove to make these fit one last time.
I want some socks like that, too!
She is absolutely adorable! And I can see why she loves the socks so much! ;)
Yeah, books are friends in our home.
How sweet !
So cute. Now why don’t you make a doll using the socks as legs!! Then she can keep them forever.
That is a brilliant idea!!!
awww, little socks! that’s so sweet.
AWW! Love the socks!
Girls will be girls. My daughter has an identiacl pair. She just adores them.
